The Auckland Live Cabaret Festival Scratch Night is an open invitation for artists to test "in-progress" ideas in a supportive, live professional setting. Hosted at the iconic Wintergarden at The Civic, this event seeks the bold and the beautiful—spanning cabaret, musical theatre, circus, magic, burlesque, drag, and comedy. Selected acts will have a 5–15 minute slot to showcase their "spark" as part of the wider festival program. This is a fast-turnaround opportunity designed for Auckland-based performers or those able to travel, focusing on raw potential rather than a polished pitch.
