CICA Young Korean Artists Solo Show Series

CICA Museum invites Korean and Korean diaspora artists worldwide, as well as international artists residing in Korea, to participate in the Young Korean Artists Solo Show Series Fall 2026. Exhibition & Publication Details: Solo Show: Each selected artist will have a solo exhibition for one week (Wednesday–Sunday) between July and December 2026 in the gallery space (approximately 44 m²) at CICA Museum. Publication: The artists will be featured in the e-book series “CICA Art Now,” which will be available on Amazon Kindle. Social Media: Artists may optionally submit a 1–15 minute video presentation of their work, a selected recording of which may be shared on the museum's social media platforms. Submission Guidelines & Fees: There is no fee to submit your initial portfolio. If your work is selected, you will be required to pay a show processing and maintenance fee of $630 USD (approx. $1,080 NZD). The artist is also responsible for the shipment and delivery of their work to and from the CICA Museum, as well as all related expenses. How to Apply: Email your submission to submission@cicamuseum.com with the subject line format: "Submission: Young Korean Artists Solo Show Fall 2026 – [Your Name]" Include the following in your email: Up to 10 JPG images (100–500 KB per image recommended) of your portfolio, AND/OR up to 3 direct links to video, web, or interactive artworks. Your artist statement and bio. (Preferred formats for text: DOC, TXT, or PDF). (Note: CICA Museum does not accept ZIP or HWP files. If your file exceeds the email attachment limit, share it via Google Drive or Dropbox. WeTransfer and similar services with expiration dates are not accepted).
