About

International open call for contemporary artists to exhibit and compete for sponsorship at Art Revolution Taipei 2026, with a championship prize for ART 2027.

The International Artist Grand Prize Competition (I.A.G.P.C.) 2026 is an internationally recognised contemporary art competition co-organised by the Taiwan International Contemporary Artist Association and GP Deva Frontier Art, operators of X-Power Gallery. The competition partners with Art Revolution Taipei (A.R.T.) — Taiwan's leading platform for international art exchange — to connect artists with Asian and global markets.

There is no set theme. All styles and approaches within contemporary art are welcome, with the exception of film and video works.

Who can apply?

Any artist aged 18 or over from anywhere in the world. Artworks must have been created no earlier than June 2021. Each artist may submit up to three works.

What's on offer?

All accepted finalists will have their work exhibited for sale at the A.R.T. 'Live Naturally • The Arts-in-Life Show' in Taipei, running 17–22 November 2026. Each finalist receives a certificate of exhibition.

The Championship Award (one winner) receives full sponsorship from X-Power Gallery to participate in A.R.T. 2027, including round-trip transport costs for selected artworks.

Important practical details:

  • Entry is free
  • All submitted works must be for sale; the organiser takes a 50% commission on any sales
  • Finalists are responsible for all shipping, insurance, and customs costs to and from Taipei
