Celebrating its 15th year, the PleinAir Salon is a monthly online competition designed to stimulate artistic growth and excellence. Inspired by the French Salon, the contest rewards high-quality representational art across both plein air and studio categories. Each monthly cycle provides cash prizes and significant exposure through PleinAir Magazine’s print and digital channels. Monthly winners are entered into the annual competition, culminating in a live awards ceremony at the Plein Air Convention & Expo, where the grand champion receives a $15,000 prize and a magazine cover feature.
