Music Scholarships 2026

Creative New Zealand is offering two distinct scholarship opportunities in 2026 to support international musical study for up to 12 months. These scholarships are intended for established New Zealand musicians who have already completed a relevant university degree or high-level diploma. The Edwin Carr Foundation Scholarship is dedicated specifically to composers, while the Jack McGill Music Scholarship is open to musicians aged 20+ with priority given to pianists.
