About
Up to $30k for NSW emerging writers with disability to develop long-form screen projects. Partner with a mid-career producer & pitch your story.
The Pathways Development Program is a competitive initiative from Screen NSW designed to support emerging writers with disability. The program focuses on developing original long-form screen projects to a "pitch-ready" stage, aiming to increase the participation of creatives with disability within the NSW screen sector. By fostering authentic and distinctive stories, the initiative strengthens the cultural and economic value of the local industry and creates clear pathways for alumni of the Screenability Film Fund. The program supports up to three long-form projects per round with grants of up to $30,000. To be eligible, projects must feature a partnership between an emerging writer with disability and a mid-career producer.
