Tenant for Creative Space – Mt Roskill Auckland

No.3 Roskill Theatre Trust is seeking a creative tenant to take over and activate their well-equipped theatre space on Dominion Road, Mt Roskill. Sitting at street level on a prominent corner with excellent public transport links, this is a fantastic opportunity for an artist, collective, or arts organisation looking for a home base in South Auckland.

The space includes an 80sqm main theatre with pre-rigged black drapes, staging sections, and seating for up to 80 people; a small office and production area; wheelchair-accessible bathroom; wardrobe and back-of-house space; a separate street-level office; a newly refurbished downstairs kitchen; and a basement room (5.6m x 4.6m) suited to rehearsals, meetings, or storage. Fibre internet and filtered water are included.

The Trust is looking for a tenant who brings a clear creative vision, a sustainable operating model, and genuine community spirit. They're especially keen on proposals that support emerging practitioners, encourage participation, or build creative pathways within the Mt Roskill community.
