The Creative Communities Scheme, administered locally by Thames-Coromandel District Council and backed by Creative New Zealand, supports arts projects that make a real difference in the community.
The scheme has three main goals: to increase participation in the arts, to broaden the range and diversity of arts available to communities, and to enhance and strengthen the local arts sector.
2026 Funding Round
This fund is open to community groups, organisations, and individuals delivering arts projects within the Thames-Coromandel district. Application forms, project completion reports, and guides are available via the TCDC website.
