I am a Wellington-based abstract artist working primarily in acrylic and mixed media. My practice explores the relationship between structure and spontaneity through layered materials, collage, colour and expressive mark-making. I work intuitively, building and obscuring layers to create depth, movement and a balance between energy and stillness.
