Anthology Magazine
International photography competition open to all levels, themed 'The World As You See It', with a €500 prize and editorial feature in Anthology magazine.
The Anthology Photography Competition is open to photographers at any level, from anywhere in the world. The theme is 'The World As You See It' — a broad and open brief that rewards creative interpretation.
Accepted styles include street photography, landscapes, natural world and wildlife, macro, lifestyle, still life, architectural, and technically manipulated work such as abstract, panoramic, stitched, and composite images. Generative AI is not permitted.
Entries are judged on quality, creativity, originality, and visual and emotional impact. There's no limit on the number of images you can submit — each entry is priced at €18 and submitted separately.
The winner receives a €500 cash prize and editorial coverage in a future issue of Anthology, a printed and digital photography magazine. Finalists are notified by email or phone, and all photographers retain copyright of their work.
If you'd like to get a sense of the kind of work Anthology publishes, digital copies of previous issues are available through their online shop — including features on past winning photographers.
Submissions open 1 May 2026 and close 30 November 2026.
