reEarth Studio / The Little Art (TLA)
International art prize inviting young artists aged 4–25 to respond to climate and nature themes across painting, photography, digital, and AI art.
The 3rd reEarth International Art Prize is a global competition for young artists aged 4 to 25, inviting entries that engage with climate change and the natural world. Organised by reEarth Studio — a project of The Little Art (TLA), a New Zealand-registered charity — the prize celebrates youth creativity as a vehicle for environmental dialogue.
Participants can enter across four categories: Painting & Drawing, Photography, Digital Art & Illustration, and AI Generative Art. Each submission responds to one of four nature- and climate-themed prompts: Our Amazing World; The World Below the Water; Through Nature's Eyes; and Together for Tomorrow.
Artists are grouped into four age brackets (4–7, 8–12, 13–17, and 18–25) and can apply individually or through a school or institution. Multiple entries across categories are welcome.
Awards:
Shortlisted and winning works are exhibited physically in Sharjah (UAE), Auckland (New Zealand), and Venice (Italy), as well as digitally via the reEarth website and Google Arts & Culture.
The entry fee is $30 USD per artwork submitted. School group discounts are available. Payment is processed online via Stripe.
Judging criteria include creativity, originality, interpretation of theme, technique, and overall impression — assessed by an international jury including Najat Makki (UAE), Christa Sommerer (Austria), Rashid Rana (Pakistan), Stefano Fake (Italy), and Marylise Vigneau (France).
Participants retain copyright of their work but grant permission for it to be used in competition-related display and promotion. Submit via the reEarth portal at reearth.studio/artprize/
