Open call for a large-scale mural on 117 Willow Street, Tauranga city centre, adjacent to Wāihirere Lane and opposite the new library.
Creative Bay of Plenty is seeking an artist or muralist to create a large-scale mural on the side of 117 Willow Street in central Tauranga — a highly visible location adjacent to Wāihirere Lane and directly opposite the new city library.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting mark on a prominent city-centre wall. The mural is planned for late 2026 or early 2027, with the artist needing to be available from December 2026 / January 2027.
