Creative New Zealand is looking for a senior Analytics and Insights Lead Analyst to provide specialist leadership in analytics, research, evaluation, and insight generation across the organisation.
Based within the Insights and Systems team (part of the Business Services pou), this is a permanent role with flexibility to be located in Wellington or Auckland.
You'll work closely with leaders and teams throughout Creative New Zealand to:
The ideal candidate will bring extensive senior-level experience leading advanced analytics, research, or evaluation; demonstrated experience in the public, research, social impact, or not-for-profit sector; advanced quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method expertise; and a strong track record of advising senior decision-makers through complex analysis.
Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, te ao Māori, and Māori data sovereignty is important, as is experience lifting analytical capability across an organisation.
