Senior leadership role overseeing strategy, funding, and programmes for Dunedin Fringe Arts Trust, including the Fringe Festival, NZ Young Writers Festival, and
Dunedin Fringe Arts Trust (DFAT) is looking for an experienced Organisational Lead to help shape the future of one of Dunedin's most respected for-purpose arts organisations. Reporting to the Board, this is a pivotal senior leadership role spanning organisational strategy, funding, stakeholder engagement, people leadership, and financial sustainability.
You'll provide strategic oversight across DFAT's three flagship programmes — the Dunedin Fringe Festival, NZ Young Writers Festival, and Amped Music Project — as well as its venues: Te Whare o Rukutia (a flexible performance space), the White Box Gallery, and Fringe HQ, which supports the wider arts sector.

The ideal candidate brings proven senior leadership experience, a track record of securing funding or commercial partnerships, strong financial and strategic planning skills, and a genuine passion for supporting creativity and community impact. Experience working with Boards or governance groups is important.
