Juried outdoor fine art festival in Tampa, Florida offering $92,000+ in awards to up to 235 selected artists across all media.
The Raymond James Gasparilla Festival of the Arts is one of the most prestigious outdoor fine art festivals in the United States, now in its 57th year. Held on 6–7 March 2027 at Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park in downtown Tampa, the festival draws an estimated 30,000 visitors and is free to the public.
Up to 235 artists are selected through a juried process to exhibit and compete for more than $92,000 in prize money, including the $15,000 Raymond James Best of Show Award and 30 Awards of Merit valued at $1,300 each.
Eligibility
- Artists must be 18 years or older
- All work must be original, created within the three years prior to the festival, and available for sale
- This application is for the main show only — the Emerging Artists Programme opens separately in October
- Artists may apply in multiple media categories, but each requires a separate application and fee
- Two-person collaborative teams may apply as a single exhibitor
Application Requirements
- Four images: three works of art (completed no earlier than 1 February 2024) and one booth/display photo
- $50 USD non-refundable application fee per application (up to four applications per artist, in different media)
- Artists awarded at the 2026 festival are automatically accepted and must still submit an application

Booth Information
- Standard booths: approximately 10′ × 10′; double booths available (10′ × 20′)
- All exhibited artwork must be for sale with prices clearly displayed
- Artists must be present for the full festival hours both days
Note: Artwork created using artificial intelligence is not permitted. Commercial reproductions, manufactured jewellery, and commercially moulded ceramics or glass are prohibited.
