About

An international art prize open to women artists working in painting, video, and object-based art, with winners featured in Harper's Bazaar.

Harper's Bazaar is launching its inaugural Women in Art Prize, open to women artists working in painting, video, and object-based art. The prize aims to amplify female voices in the art world, where women remain underrepresented, and to connect emerging artists with curators, collectors, and institutions on an international stage.

An international jury will award prizes across three categories — Painting, Video, and Object — as well as a Grand Prize. Winners will be featured in the print edition of Harper's Bazaar and across its online and social media platforms, and will be celebrated at an official awards event.
