Life In Vacant Spaces
A temporary pay-what-you-can creative space in central Christchurch inviting artists, makers and collectives to exhibit, perform, workshop or gather.
UNTITLED is a temporary creative space at 361 Tuam Street in central Christchurch, available between 8 August and 4 October 2026 on a pay-what-you-can basis.
The space is open to artists, makers, collectives, community groups and creatives of all kinds — whether you're planning an exhibition, workshop, pop-up, performance, talk, gathering or something harder to name. UNTITLED is designed for ideas in progress: a place to test, share and explore creative work without the pressure of a finished product.
To get involved, submit a short expression of interest via the online form. Let them know what you'd like to do, your preferred dates, and how many people you expect. Specific requirements like tables, chairs, AV equipment or wall space can also be noted.
Events may be promoted as part of the wider UNTITLED programme — just flag your preference in the form.
